I always try to have a list of things I want or need to do for the new year, so this year won’t be any different. Some of my resolutions are probably on most people’s list, and really, like most people, I sometimes often find it hard to follow the things on my list. But this time, I’ll make a list that won’t be hard for me to do. Haha!
So here goes:
1. I will prioritize my health.
By this I mean that I will have to shed the unsightly fat, stop eating so much sweets on a daily basis, and start an exercise regimen which doesn’t just include me typing on the keyboard all day. And I seriously need to start trying some detox drinks that I see online which should cleanse my colon, gall bladder and blood.
Note to self: No more excuses. LOL.
2. I will stop being such an impulsive buyer.
No more panic buying in the grocery. This will help me with Resolution #1 because less sweets means almost 40% grocery savings. Can you believe that? I spend so much on sweets each week. Which is not cool because my blood sugar is going haywire. Need to stick to my budget, so that I can start a REAL savings account. Need to save for the rainy days.
3. I will stop being such a b*tch.
To hell with the psycho ex girlfriend who keeps calling my bubbykins. She can rot in hell for all I care. I will have to learn how to control myself and stop answering her back. No more cat fights. No more cheap shots. A new year, a new life.
Well, that’s all that I can think of. And those are what I promise myself to do this year. Yes, self-improvement is a must. Not only physically but mentally and spiritually as well.
