Hair loss

One of my blogger friends just posted about her hair loss recently, and although my hair is quite thin, it’s my Bubby JC’s Alopecia that I am very concerned about. I have done a lot of reading about hair loss in femalepatternhairloss.net and although it isn’t necessarily alarming, I think it will somehow affect JC’s self-confidence. He is usually very outgoing and he tends to be quite vain, but ever since he had Alopecia, he doesn’t even bother to fix his hair like he used to. We will try to use the Minoxidil solution, and I am just crossing my fingers that it will work for him.

On losing weight. Again.

There are so many myths when it comes to weight loss. One of the biggest myth of all is that you’ll lose weight when you starve yourself. This won’t work at all, since our bodies know if we are starving and stop burning calories. Fat is also stored so really, starving won’t help one to lose weight. If you really want to lose weight, eat right and exercise daily. It’s a sure fire way to be fit and be healthy. And don’t forget to avoid apidexin scam too. Who knows what kinds of health risks it poses?
