I am meeting a few groups of people over the holidays — blogger friends, friends from my previous work, and of course, I will have to attend a few gatherings for JC’s group of friends as well. I wouldn’t want to look like the big tub of lard that I am now, so maybe I can take a few apidexin pills over the next few weeks to shed off a few pounds. I would really like to drop a size of two before going back to Manila. I’d think it over. Or maybe I should just stick with my current “no rice” diet and see how it goes. I do feel like I’ve already lost a few pounds over the past few weeks. So I think I should keep it up and see if I lose more weight in the next weeks.
Kris Aquino as a beauty product endorser
I find Kris Aquino to be a very effective product endorser — whether for food, clothes, beauty products and everything else that she endorses in her advertisements. She’s very convincing, and I guess what makes her a really effective beauty product endorser is that people can see how good she looks, and how well she takes care of her health and her beauty. I can still remember her advice before to use anti-aging products such as firming face cream before you actually start to show the signs of aging. I’m keeping that advice in mind and will start using age-defying moisturizers and creams starting next year.
Back in the days
Back in the year 2004, I used to take hydroxycut. I took these and also worked out in the gym. I haven’t tried the new hydroxycut hardcore x though, but the regular ones, or the ones I took before were enough to boost my metabolism. I didn’t take it too long though, I quit as soon as I stopped going to the gym. I don’t really see the point taking diet supplements without exercise. I think both complement each other, and would work wonders for the body is one is disciplined enough.
