I think I have posted previous that I am asthmatic.

Being asthmatic for almost my whole life, I have gotten used to bringing my inhaler with me all the time. It’s a must-have wherever I go. I’m also used to having anti-histamine in the medicine box all the time. Again, another must-have. I was supposed to buy a spirometer as well just so I know whether I need to use the nebulizer, but I decided I don’t need to take things that far since I already know when I need to go to the hospital or not.
