I have tried several weight loss supplements in the past years. Those that I have tried include diet pills from Chinese drugstores, those pills that increase metabolic rate, pills that claim to curb appetite, and even pills that claim to make you slim in just 7 days. Yes, I have been quite a sucker for these products in my desperation to be model-thin. But I have learned my lesson. I won’t take any diet tablet, tea or whatever unless I have done my research and read full weight loss supplement reviews. I wouldn’t want to take anything that would put my health at risk just for the sake of being vain.
